En particulier depuis l\u2019\u00e9tage, ses habitants jouissent d\u2019une splendide vue imprenable sur le lac de Neuch\u00e2tel et la cha\u00eene du Jura.<\/p>\n<h4>IDEES ET CHOIX DIRECTEURS \/ CONCEPT<\/h4>\n<p>Cette r\u00e9alisation a pu voir le jour d\u2019abord gr\u00e2ce aux parents de Mme Brasey Rascon qui ont eu la sagesse de c\u00e9der leur place dans leur maison \u00e0 la famille de leur fille, et ensuite gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance des Ma\u00eetres d\u2019ouvrage li\u00e9e \u00e0 la collaboration pr\u00e9cieuse du Service technique de la Commune d\u2019Estavayer-le-Lac. Les r\u00e8glements n\u2019\u00e9taient en effet pas favorables \u00e0 la base, notamment en rapport avec les toitures plates et les hauteurs maximales \u00e0 la corniche, ainsi que sur le plan des surfaces maximales admissibles.<br \/>\nLa volont\u00e9 des nouveaux propri\u00e9taires \u00e9tait, dans un cadre financier limit\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 leurs ambitions, de sur\u00e9lever d\u2019un niveau l\u2019habitation existante afin d\u2019y am\u00e9nager des chambres et de faire un agrandissement afin de cr\u00e9er un appartement suppl\u00e9mentaire pour y loger les parents de Mme Brasey Rascon. En outre, cette derni\u00e8re \u00e9tant pianiste professionnelle, il \u00e9tait imp\u00e9ratif qu\u2019elle puisse disposer d\u2019une chambre de musique afin d\u2019y loger son piano \u00e0 queue au d\u2019embl\u00e9e \u00e0 d\u00e9cloisonner l\u2019espace du rez et \u00e0 le d\u00e9barasser d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments encombrants et obsolets comme la chemin\u00e9e de salon, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 cr\u00e9er 2 grandes baies vitr\u00e9es de part et d\u2019autre de l\u2019habitation existante afin d\u2019apporter un maximum de lumi\u00e8re et d\u2019en faire un espace de vie traversant et fluide aussi bien au niveau de la vue que du mouvement.<br \/>\nLa salle de bain du rez qui desservait l\u2019ancienne zone de nuit a \u00e9t\u00e9 supprim\u00e9e afin de laisser place \u00e0 une cuisine spacieuse ouverte d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 sur la terrasse c\u00f4t\u00e9 soleil et de l\u2019autre sur le coin \u00e0 manger et la terrasse c\u00f4t\u00e9 lac et Jura. Le wc\/ douche existant a \u00e9t\u00e9 quant \u00e0 lui conserv\u00e9 tel quel dans sa configuration pour des raisons \u00e9conomiques, sa transformation n\u2019apportant pas grand chose par rapport au surco\u00fbt engendr\u00e9.<br \/>\nL\u2019agrandissement pour le nouvel appartement s\u2019imbrique en partie dans l\u2019habitation existante (cf plans), le solde de surface de cette derni\u00e8re \u00e9tant largement suffisant avec la sur\u00e9l\u00e9vation d\u2019un \u00e9tage pour couvrir les besoins de la famille Brasey Rascon et l\u2019indice max. d\u2019utilisation de la parcelle ne permettant de toute fa\u00e7on pas de faire un agrandissement important. Il a permis d\u2019am\u00e9nager du m\u00eame coup une niche abrit\u00e9e commune aux 2 entr\u00e9es, niche peinte en rouge rubis apportant de la vitalit\u00e9 aux fa\u00e7ades de couleurs neutres. Le soubassement a lui \u00e9t\u00e9 repeint en gris fonc\u00e9, teinte reprise pour les lames en bois du nouveau couvert \u00e0 voiture de l\u2019appartement, couleur contrastant avec le blanc cass\u00e9 des fa\u00e7ades et apportant du caract\u00e8re \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble.<\/p>\n<p>Egalement pour des raisons \u00e9conomiques, le chauffage \u00e0 mazout a \u00e9t\u00e9 conserv\u00e9, la chaudi\u00e8re ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 chang\u00e9e r\u00e9cemment. A moyen terme il sera remplac\u00e9 par une PAC avec sonde g\u00e9othermique avec appoint solaire thermique ou photovolta\u00efque. Dans ce but, un tuyau a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du conduit de fum\u00e9e jusqu\u2019en toiture, conduit qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 lui-m\u00eame combin\u00e9 avec des \u00e9tag\u00e8res pour mieux l\u2019int\u00e9grer visuellement au rez.<br \/>\nLe plan de l\u2019\u00e9tage s\u2019est donn\u00e9 assez naturellement, la configuration de la base existante et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de reprendre les charges des murs porteurs dictant fortement son \u00e9laboration. En outre l\u2019architecte a pris l\u2019option de superposer les escaliers afin d\u2019optimiser l\u2019utilisation de l\u2019espace au rez. Un lanterneau a \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9 au-dessus du couloir des chambres d\u2019enfants apportant une lumi\u00e8re abondante devant leurs portes. Il est \u00e0 noter que la dalle existante sur rez a d\u00fb \u00eatre renforc\u00e9e avec des fibres de carbone et des sommiers invers\u00e9s en b\u00e9ton int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans l\u2019\u00e9paisseur des murs de l\u2019\u00e9tage. En outre des DIN peints en gris m\u00e9tallis\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place au-dessus de l\u2019ouverture cr\u00e9e entre la cuisine et le coin \u00e0 manger au rez ainsi qu\u2019au dessus des parois entre le hall et la chambre 1 + entre la chambre 1b et le bureau b \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tage, ces derniers pour reprendre les dalles en bois de la toiture, le bois ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9 notamment pour son moindre poids (cf photos et plans).<\/p>\n<p>La construction de la sur\u00e9l\u00e9vation a \u00e9t\u00e9 compliqu\u00e9e par le fait que les parents Brasey devaient rester dans la maison durant les travaux et que bien s\u00fbr l\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 de la dalle sur rez a d\u00fb \u00eatre assur\u00e9e provisoirement d\u00e8s la toiture existante enlev\u00e9e.
